Initially they created minimal electronic music under the name “Die von Kempelens” but as their music and production technique progressed they changed the name to SYSTEM. The idea behind SYSTEM was to investigate the interface between science, technology, man and music.SYSTEM plays a beat - driven, melodic style of electronic music made exclusively with vintage analogue s ynths, modular systems and drum machines.
