Capybara Music returns with its second release, a project rooted in the sounds of Latin America—the birthplace of both the capybara and the artists featured on this EP.The EP opens with two bright, energetic tracks from Guile (Argentina) and Francisco Fresen (Colombia). The mood then shifts with “Streets,” a deep, minimalist piece from the French-Argentinean duo Frits & Lang, marking their understated comeback. This track serves as the gateway to the darker, more introspective side of the EP.On the B-side, Marcos Coya from Uruguay introduces a deep, trance-like acid house track, offering a hypnotic descent into more abstract territories. Closing the record, “Trippin” is a feel-good homage to 90s house — a playful, euphoric moment designed to light up the night.

Paul has been an essential figure of the French house scene for more than a decade, delivering solid releases on labels such as D.KO Records, Popcorn Records, and Automatic Writing. His reputation also grew internationally after touring with the legendary Larry Heard aka Mr. Fingers in 2019.Now firmly rooted in Lisbon, he keeps pushing his sound both as a DJ and producer, with regular collaborations alongside Jorge Caiado for Carpet & Snares and Inner Balance.He debuts on Bass Culture with a strong EP packed with his trademark blend of infectious grooves and funk-driven house.
