For this release we decided to go back to the golden era of house, where we found an old misterious producer called Zeno Pisu.You might know him from his obscure EP called “Electric Voyage” made in 1995, but we decided to dig a bit deeper then that.The track A1 “Waiting For A Train (Crystal Edge) is a reissue from the Train Driver record made by Zeno in 1996, a super weapon that we have been playing for some time now, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see this remastered specially for our label.We also went through old cassete tapes and some lost files to find the tracks A2, B1 and B2, which are some of Zeno’s unreleased productions made in the 90s, that are now finally seeing the light.

Opik delve further into the DAT archives and come up with another two unreleased tracks in ‘Hear My Mind' and ‘Kaulsoum (Ambient Mix)’ which derive from the same recording sessions as their self-titled debut LP from 1994. Two dazzling downtempo tracks in limited edition vinyl with no repress.

Hitch debuts on Just Waxx for its second release, presenting four dancefloor-focused tracks, with a remix by Belgian artist Innershades on A2.The EP draws inspiration from samples that marked the Catalan producer's childhood, adding a unique and nostalgic touch to each composition.A1, "Gran Torino," featuring samples from Starsky & Hutch, stands out as the highlight of the release, capturing immediate attention with its unmistakable character.A2, the "Gran Torino Innershades Remix," takes a deeper, moodier turn. Innershades reworks the original with a brooding bassline and textured layers, infusing the track with a hypnotic, atmospheric quality.On the B-side, B1, "Hannibal," incorporates samples from Hannibal Smith of The A-Team. The track’s crisp drums and subtle effects create a laid-back yet rhythmic groove, enhanced by intricate layers that bring a sense of progression.B2, "Delorean," inspired by Back to the Future, rounds off the EP with its futuristic synths and retro influences, seamlessly blending nostalgia and forward-thinking soundscapes for a well-rounded finale.
